Michèle and Paul share just about every aspect of their lives together. They are married, have a son, and work together. Despite this apparent happiness and normalcy, she has been having a passionate love affair for some time with Thomas, a musician. Attracted by his lust for life, Michèle leaves Paul and her son, quits her job and sets out to live this strange frenzy through to its conclusion.
