Veena Sud is a writer, director, and producer best known for developing the television series The Killing. Born in Toronto, Sud grew up near Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended Barnard College, graduating in 1989. After several years working as a journalist, she enrolled at New York University’s film school when she was 28 and received a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Film and Television program at NYU. |
