Ryan Ward’s debut feature film as a writer and director, Son of the Sunshine, premiered at Slamdance Film Festival and then toured festivals worldwide. He also starred in the film. Ward was given the Rising Star Award for Best Actor at the Edmonton Film Fest; Best Actor & Best Director at the Wild Rose Film Fest and Son of the Sunshine won the Audience Award for Best Feature at both the Malibu and Thunder Bay Film Festivals. |
