Daniel Maslany is the younger brother of Emmy-nominated Orphan Black actress Tatiana Maslany. Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan and now lives in Toronto. In addition to his work in film and televsion, Maslany has performed on stage with Alberta Theatre Projects, Caravan Farm Theatre, Carousel Players, Persephone Theatre, and 2b Theatre. His solo show O.C.Dean premiered at Globe Theatre in Regina in 2013, and then toured to Uno Fest in Victoria in 2014. He joined the cast of Murdoch Mysteries as Detective Watts in its 10th season.
